We have hit over $1,000 already!

May 18, 2018

A huge thank you to all of our supporters so far! We have already raised over $1,000 towards our goal. Only $317 more to go until we reach our goal!

Here is a success story from a former recipient of the Sackler Student Enrichment Fund:

Miriam Ramliden, a PhD candidate in Molecular Microbiology, used her Enrichment Fund to travel to the Sensory Transduction in Microorganisms Gordon Research Conference in January of this year. At this conference she was able to give a talk to students and post docs and also present a poster to all of the conference attendees.

Miriam said, "The Sackler Student Enrichment Fund allowed me to go to a more prestigious conference attended by scientists from around the world who are experts in my particular field. This in turn gave the best exposure for my work and provided me with specific and useful ideas to help get my research published shortly after the conference."

Your kind donations do make a difference and will allow more students like Miriam attend prestigious conferences!
