The International Alumni-Student Service Program at The Cummings School partners veterinarians with veterinary students to help animals lacking access to medical and surgical care.
This program facilitates volunteer trips for our veterinary alumni and students to select locations, so that through the consistency of multiple veterinarians working with the same organizations, a collective impact can be made on the targeted populations.
Additionally, mentorship of students in the development of their surgical experience is needed to better prepare them for their new careers.
