Announcing the 2022 TFN Young Alumni Scholar – Carolina Andrade, A24
Through the generosity of alumni, parents, and friends, Tufts was able to award the inaugural Tufts Financial Network (TFN) Young Alumni Scholarship this spring to Carolina Andrade, A24.
Originally from Quito, Ecuador, Carolina is a double major in Economics and International Relations, with a minor in Finance. She also is a member of Women in International Relations, the Tufts Financial Group, and the Latin American Committee. Her goal is to work at the World Bank or International Monetary Fund.
Since receiving the scholarship, Carolina has shared how grateful she is for the support: “Thanks to the Tufts Financial Network Scholarship, my goals are within reach without having to worry about their financing. Thank you for enabling me to reach my fullest personal and professional potential, I am deeply grateful. I hope that one day I will be able to help students achieve their goals just as you have helped me.”
Thank you to all those who donated for ensuring current and future Jumbos can have a rewarding experience at Tufts, regardless of their circumstances. We look forward to fundraising again for this important initiative in the future.
Thank You!
Happy New Year!
Thank you for supporting the Tufts Financial Network (TFN) Young Alumni Scholarship! Because of your gift, we were able to reach our goal of creating a scholarship for a student from an underrepresented group interested in pursuing a career in finance.
In the end, we raised over $20,000 from 45 alumni and parents. We are so grateful to everyone who supported this project for helping ensure current and future Jumbos can have a rewarding experience at Tufts, regardless of their circumstances.
We look forward to sharing with you the story of the student that benefits from this scholarship in the coming year.
Thank you again!

Last chance to spread the word - $1,190 to reach our goal!
With less than 15 hours until the clock strikes midnight on the East Coast, we need just $1,190 to reach our goal of $12,500, which will be matched to help create a scholarship for a student from an underrepresented group interested in pursuing a career in finance.
Please join us in getting the word out in these final hours - call, text, email...whatever it takes! Every donation, no matter the size, will help us reach our goal.

We're so close. Can you help us spread the word?
Dear TFN Young Alumni,
Thank you so much for your support of the TFN Young Alumni Scholarship Challenge!
With 10 days left to go in the campaign, we need just $2,090 to reach our goal of $12,500. This total will be matched, dollar for dollar, to create a $25,000 one-year term scholarship for a student from an underrepresented group interested in pursuing a career in finance.
We’re optimistic we’ll reach our goal in the coming days, but we need more TFN young alumni to help us in this final stretch of the campaign.
Please join us in raising awareness about this campaign before December 31. Call, text, or email your Tufts network. Every gift, no matter the size, will help us reach our goal.
Sincerely,
Scott Anderson ‘13
